“İç Kapı No:401” identifies the internal unit number in the official address.
Information we process and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, project description and, optionally, your website address. This information is used to assess your enquiry, respond to you and prepare a proposal where appropriate. We do not request a phone number, identity document or special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information in your project description.
The submission time and source page are added to the enquiry. Technical connection information, such as an IP address, may be processed by the hosting service for a limited period to help prevent abuse. The application does not write enquiry content or IP addresses to its log files.
Cookies, analytics and the service guide
Optional visitor analytics is enabled through Google Analytics 4 only when you allow analytics. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and PRBNS analytics events are not sent to Google Analytics.
Your analytics preference may be stored in your browser’s localStorage so it can be remembered on the same device and browser. You can change this preference later using “Analytics preferences”.
If you accept analytics, measurements may include page views and interactions such as calls to action, FAQ expansions, use of the service guide, and form start, submission, success or error states. Names, email addresses, website addresses and project descriptions entered in the form are not included in analytics events.
The service guide uses rules that run in your browser. It does not send user data to an external AI service. Information entered in the enquiry form is transmitted to the form service only when you complete the submission.
Service providers and transfers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend to deliver form emails, and Google Workspace for the business mailbox. Google Analytics 4 is used to measure visits and interactions only when you allow analytics. Enquiry content is processed through Resend and Google Workspace for delivery and response; technical requests pass through the hosting infrastructure.
Your name, email address, website address and project description from the enquiry form are not sent to Google Analytics. Analytics events are intended to cover page views and interactions within the website only.
These service providers may process data outside Türkiye. The applicable transfer mechanism, contractual arrangements and data locations must be verified by the data controller.
Verified basis for international transfers: This information must be completed by the data controller.
Retention and security
Enquiries should be retained only for as long as needed for assessment and communication. If a contract is concluded, relevant obligations also apply. Access should be restricted, HTTPS used for transmission, and deletion requests assessed following appropriate verification.

Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about that processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; and request deletion or destruction where the applicable conditions are met.
You may also request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
